Picnic is a handmade jewelry brand born in Brooklyn, created by a team of two who turned a small hobby into a joyful passion project. What started as simple beading sessions slowly grew into a playful world of color, charms, and feel-good pieces designed to make everyday life feel a little lighter. Every item is handmade with care, with the belief that jewelry doesn’t have to be expensive, serious, or generic to feel special. We’re currently building our website and growing our little brand one step at a time.

Our indoor shoot captures the cozy, handmade warmth at the heart of Picnic, in Brooklyn, of course! Shot in soft natural light with a playful mix of colors and textures, this session highlights the small details — beads, charms, trays, and hands at work. The goal was to create an intimate, lived-in atmosphere that feels like a real Brooklyn afternoon: warm, inviting, and authentically handmade.

The outdoor shoot reflects the soul of Picnic: bright, carefree, and made for everyday wear. Shot in a park on an afternoon, the images celebrate sunlight, movement, and the playful joy of wearing jewelry outside without overthinking it. The art direction focused on capturing spontaneity — bracelets glimmering in natural light, necklaces layered casually, and soft shadows on skin.
