My name is Heba Jaleel, an experience designer and brand strategist based in Brooklyn, New York with an MFA in Product Design from the School of Visual Arts. Originally from Dubai, I completed my undergraduate studies in Design Management at the American University of Sharjah. Throughout my academic journey, I have embraced design as a powerful tool for fostering positive change.
I have had the privilege of applying my visual design skills in real-world settings, working as a Junior Brand Designer for Spinners Creative Agency in Dubai, UAE. I specialized in crafting brand identities, designing brand guidelines and brand books for various telecommunication and aviation companies. After moving to the United States, I have served as a volunteer intern for the South Asian Design Educators Alliance. My contributions have extended to initiatives aimed at advancing design education within the South Asian community and advocating for the needs and challenges of international students. My involvement in volunteer initiatives extends further as I served as the SVA student representative for the Women in Design NYC chapter.
I’m a big food lover, and trying out different foods in New York is one of my favorite things. Also, I’m up for a movie night anytime! You can download my resume here!
